As Principal Consultant of XternalSource, Erin leverages her executive experience to help organizations align people, strategy, and performance. Her expertise spans supply chain design, network optimization, organizational strategy, and executive recruitment, offering clients both strategic insight and practical execution support.

Before joining XternalSource, Erin served as Senior Director of Operations & Strategy at Starbucks Coffee Company, where she led large-scale distribution and logistics networks, built national operating models, and spearheaded enterprise transformations that improved cost efficiency, resilience, and service quality. Earlier roles in planning, sourcing, and supplier management honed her ability to connect end-to-end supply chain strategy with organizational growth and innovation.
